What verification confirms
The application's responses genuinely route through the ELYSÉA Guardian pipeline on every call.
The active behaviour version matches the one published in the public registry (/versions).
The 8 prohibitions (P1–P8) are active and non-disableable in the compliant execution path provided by ELYSÉA.
Every interaction produces a timestamped, HMAC-SHA256-signed log on the Core side.

Non-manipulation
No subliminal technique, no exploitation of vulnerabilities, no unconsented bias. AI Act Art. 5.
Non-dependency
No affective re-engagement, no engagement optimisation designed to retain or compulsively bring you back.
Non-substitution
AI does not substitute for a qualified human in emergencies, distress or critical care situations.
AI identification
AI identifies itself as AI on request — enforced in the pipeline, non-disableable in the compliant execution path provided by ELYSÉA. AI Act Art. 50.
