Verify an application
What verification confirms
The label status of the application: known to ELYSÉA (status, tier, read date) or withdrawn (date and public register of withdrawals).
It does not prove that a given response from the application went through the pipeline: it confirms the label status, not the transit of an exchange.
The brain signs (HMAC-SHA256) a timestamped attestation for the responses that go through it; it does not prove that a given response from the application went through it.
The log written by the brain at every exchange (decision metadata, no content) will be readable by the builder when the portal opens: coming.

Non-manipulation

Non-dependency
No affective re-engagement, no engagement optimisation designed to retain or compulsively bring you back.
Non-substitution
AI does not substitute for a qualified human in emergencies, distress or critical care situations.
AI identification
AI identifies itself as AI on request — enforced in the pipeline, non-disableable in the compliant execution path provided by ELYSÉA. AI Act Art. 50.
