These terms apply to consultation of this showcase site. In brief: ELYSÉA is not a medical service (§ 3), you may not reproduce content without permission (§ 5), and French law applies (§ 10). The ELYSÉA SDK is integrated by separate applications, subject to their own terms.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the site elysea.app(the “Site”), published by ELYSÉA. The Site is an information and presentation space for the ELYSÉA ecosystem and its various editions (Individuals, Schools, Professionals). It does not host the cognitive service itself, which is provided through applications integrating the ELYSÉA SDK and subject to their own terms.
2. Acceptance
Accessing the Site constitutes acceptance of these terms. The publisher may modify them at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation.
3. Nature of the service
ELYSÉA is an ethical infrastructure embeddable on third-party LLMs. The Site and ELYSÉA services do not constitute a medical device, make no diagnosis, deliver no treatment, and in no way substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic consultation, follow-up, or advice. No content on the Site should be interpreted as health advice. If you need care, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Access and availability
The publisher endeavours to ensure Site availability without being able to guarantee uninterrupted access. It may suspend access for maintenance or any technical reason, without prior notice or compensation.
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (the “ELYSÉA” brand, logo, texts, design, code, structure) are the property of the publisher or its partners and are protected. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
6. User conduct
The user undertakes to use the Site in good faith: not to attempt to disrupt its operation, not to extract content in bulk or through automated means, not to misuse the contact form for prospecting or sending unlawful content.
7. External links
The Site may link to third-party resources (ELYSÉA applications, social networks, partners). The publisher exercises no control over these resources and disclaims all responsibility for their content.
8. Personal data
The processing of data collected through the Site (in particular the contact form) is described in the Privacy Policy. Users have rights they may exercise under the conditions set out therein.
9. Liability
Site information is provided for informational purposes only. The publisher shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from use of or inability to use the Site, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of its content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the publisher's registered seat.
