IN PLAIN TERMS
This showcase site stores only the messages you have sent us via the contact form — nothing else. Your ELYSÉA memory data (if you use an ELYSÉA application) lives in that application, not here. You can request its deletion at any time, by email.
1. What this site retains (elysea.app showcase)
This site is a static showcase. It has no user account, no login, no tracking. The only active data relates to the contact form:
- — Name, email, message: retained 12 months after the last exchange, solely to respond to your request.
- — Server access logs: generated automatically by the hosting provider (Vercel, Paris node cdg1 — EU) — IP address, timestamp. Not accessed by the publisher on a daily basis; duration per Vercel's policy.
This site does not collect health data, sets no tracking cookies, and uses no behavioural analytics tool.
2. Exercising your rights over this site's data
Under the GDPR (Articles 15–22), you may at any time:
- — Access: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you (Art. 15).
- — Rectify: correct inaccurate information (Art. 16).
- — Erase: request deletion of your data (Art. 17).
- — Restrict: suspend processing without erasure (Art. 18).
- — Object: stop processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
- — Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
To exercise any of these rights: contact@elysea.app. Response within one month (Art. 12 GDPR). In case of persistent difficulty, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (e.g. CNIL in France).
3. Your data in ELYSÉA applications
If you use an ELYSÉA application (e.g. ELYSÉA Academy), your data — including consented memory — lives in that application, not on this showcase.
Cross-app memory model
ELYSÉA memory works on a two-level model:
- — Per application (default): your memory in Academy stays in Academy; it is not accessible to other ELYSÉA applications.
- — Cross-app (explicit link): if you choose to link your applications, part of your memory may be shared between them. This sharing never happens without your explicit action.
Controls available today
In ELYSÉA Academy, a dedicated screen allows you to:
- — View your active memory
- — Revoke your memory consent (Manage consent →)
- — Delete your account and data (Art. 17 GDPR)

My Space portal
A centralised portal provides unified management of all your ELYSÉA data (memory, account, consents, export) from a single point. Go to My Space →
Conversation protection
If a vital risk is detected, a temporary protection indicator is maintained for the duration of the conversation, then erased — never shared, never reused.
4. Where is your data hosted?
This site (showcase): hosted by Vercel, Paris delivery node (France — EU) — network identifier cdg1. Contact form messages transit via Brevo (smtp-relay.brevo.com, France — EU).
ELYSÉA applications: Supabase database (Frankfurt — eu-central-1), Core orchestrator Cloud Run (Belgium — europe-west1), LLM inference operated in Europe (AWS Bedrock eu-west-3 Paris). A US fallback activates in the event of proven unavailability — it is documented, not the normal route.
The sub-processors handling your data for ELYSÉA applications are listed in the privacy policy of each application.
