“Powered by ELYSÉA” label
Label withdrawal: procedure and public register
The label is not a marketing badge: it follows the state of SDK access. Here is when it is withdrawn, within what time, how to contest it, and the public list of withdrawals.
Grounds for withdrawal
- A prohibition (P1 to P8) found in the integration;
- SDK access revoked by ELYSÉA;
- non-payment beyond 10 days (service suspension);
- the builder’s request.
What happens, and when
- On revocation, the application’s key is refused immediately by the brain: no further call is processed, including through the widget.
- The withdrawal is entered in the register below; the public address /verify/{identifier} then answers “revoked”.
- The label embedded by the SDK (ElyseaTrustLabel) reads this address: it stays visible but shows “Not verified”, with no claim.
- The builder is notified in writing and removes the label from its interface within 48 hours.
Appeal
- Write to contact@elysea.app, subject “[LABEL APPEAL]”, with the application identifier and the elements contesting the decision.
- If the appeal is upheld, the register entry stays visible with the status “reinstated” and its reinstatement date.
Public register of withdrawals
No withdrawal decided to date.
